The Decentralisation and Local Governance Network dlgn is a learning network linking professionals working at SDC Headquarters, field offices, partner organisations and programmes in partner countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Its primary aim is to increase impact and effectiveness of SDC financed support programmes on decentralisation, local governance and state reforms. The dlgn provides access to national and linternational policy networks and services of competence centers. In collective efforts, thematic standards are developped and disseminated in order to offer guidance for policy dialogue and operations.
